TO ALL TOURISM ENTERPRISE AND ACCOMODATION ESTABLISHMENT OPERATORS

Notice is hereby given to all Tourism Enterprises and Accommodtion establishment operators that following the issuance of statutory instrument No. 109 of 2009 of the Tourism and Hospitality (Licence) Regulations, all operators are required to make applications for the Tourism Enterprise and hotel Licences for 2010.

Please note that operators who are not current with the payments for licences up to 2009 will be required to settle outstanding amounts at the old licence fee rate before the issuance of the 2010 licences. Submission of applications should be made before 31st March 2010. Application forms and any information regarding new licencing procedures can be obtained from the following offices:
